Due to the nature of our products (farm inputs, consumables, live plants, custom solutions, etc.), we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered. This ensures product integrity, safety, and quality for all our customers.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
Order Cancellation Before Dispatch: If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, you may be eligible for a full refund.
Damaged or Defective Product: If your order arrives in a damaged or defective condition, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the issue. Upon verification, we will issue a refund or send a replacement, as per our discretion.
Wrong Product Delivered: If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a refund or replacement.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
Change of mind after purchase
Incorrect order details provided by the customer (e.g., wrong address, contact info, or product selection)
Requests made after the specified reporting period (48 hours from delivery)
